Welcome to your Ultra Fit Ladies Gym membership.

Your membership is governed by these terms and conditions . You should therefore read these Terms carefully before you become a member as they explain your and our legal rights and also contain important information about our contract with you.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRINCIPAL TERMS​

This agreement will become binding on you and us once your payment has been confirmed and you attend Ultra Fit Ladies Gym at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges set for your membership
-
You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else
​
DIRECT DEBIT FEES AND CHARGES
-
The Joining Fee (if one is payable) and first month's membership fees are collected from you by us either by cash or Debit / Credit card at time of purchase, or by Direct Debit approximately 5 working days from your membership application date. Joining fees are applied to cover the initial administration costs associated with setting up a new membership and direct debit agreement and entitle the member to an induction session, bookable online.

Your second Direct Debit for monthly membership fees only will be collected one month after you joined. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.

If any Direct Debit is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you shall pay us on demand an administration fee of £20. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole election, either suspend or terminate your membership without any prior notice. We may present an option to reduce the administration fee if the outstanding amount is paid online within 7 days of becoming due.

You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the Members Details provided.

DIRECT DEBIT PRICES

From time to time we may need to increase the price of membership. We will give members a notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.

Junior membership prices will automatically increase to full price when a member reaches 18 years of age. Members will be notified of this change via email. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.

TERMINATION

MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS

All monthly memberships are non refundable.

You may terminate your membership at any point by cancelling your direct debit with your bank, allowing 4 working days for the bank to action this.
-
A notice of 7 working days prior to your next payment leaving will be required in order for Ultra Fit to action this and for no further payments to leave your back account.
-
In the above circumstances your membership will remain in force until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations will not be accepted through phone calls, text messages or social media messaging.
PAID IN FULL MEMBERSHIP
-
If you have purchased a annual membership you will be entitled to 50% of the pro rata’d amount as refund for any unused membership.

Memberships cannot be frozen under any circumstances.

DAILY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRINCIPAL TERMS

This daily membership commences once you have indicated your payment has been accepted.

You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the Type of Membership chosen.

You cannot transfer this daily membership to anyone else nor transfer to another date.

Day passes are non-refundable.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
​
MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

Members must be 16 or older.
-
You agree to comply with the policies and procedures which are displayed prominently on the website and relate to opening hours, use of facilities and your conduct. We may make reasonable changes to these gym rules at any time.

If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.

There may be occasions where we have to close all, or part of, the gym of which you are a member. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. We will use all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that such closures are outside of peak visiting hours and are kept to a minimum, in both duration and frequency. You will not be entitled to a refund of part of, or all of, your membership fees in such circumstances.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.

We will not be liable or responsible for outstanding monies paid to a Personal Trainer. Personal Training is arranged directly with the PT and not with Ultra Fit Ladies Gym.

All monthly memberships are non refundable unless the following applies: 1) a payment has been taken out more than once in which case a refund will be provided for one single payment only. 2) you requested a cancellation 7 days prior to your next payment being due and still a payment was taken out. Proof of a request must be shown, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to return to your bank.

If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions and/or payments of the plans/packages, it will be terminated.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

This agreement is governed by English Law.

We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of the gym rules.

To the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, wellbeing or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your circumstances change.

Payment Failure & Rejoining Policy
At Ultra Fit Ladies Gym, we’re committed to fairness while maintaining clarity around memberships, payments, and rejoining terms. The following applies when a member's payment fails and no cancellation notice is provided.
1. Failed Payments

If a membership payment fails (e.g. due to expired card or insufficient funds), members will be notified via email or SMS.

A 14-day grace period is granted to resolve the issue and continue the membership without disruption.
2. No Cancellation Notice
-
If the failed payment is not rectified within 14 days, and we receive no written cancellation notice:

The membership will be automatically cancelled.
-
It will be treated as a termination without notice.

3. Special Offers & Pricing
-
Members who joined under a promotional or discounted offer:
-
Will lose access to the special rate if the payment failure exceeds 14 days.
-
Must rejoin at the standard pricing in effect at the time of return.

4. Rejoining Policy
-
After the 14-day period, a joining fee will be required to rejoin.
-
The only exception to this is if the gym is running a current promotion that waives the joining fee — eligibility will depend on the offer’s terms at that time.
5. Avoiding Additional Charges
To avoid losing promotional pricing or incurring a joining fee:

Contact us promptly if there’s an issue with payment

Or submit a written cancellation notice at least 14 days in advance.​​

DAY PASSES

Day passes are subject to 1 pass per person single entry only.

Passes must be used on the day and may be cancelled without any warning.

Members must be 16+ to join.

Ultra Fit Ladies Gym withholds the right to change or remove the offer at any time.

Offer cannot be transferred to another person.

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.

Ultra Fit Ladies Gym – Public Holiday Policy
At Ultra Fit Ladies Gym, we value our diverse community and understand the importance of both public and religious holidays. To support our members and staff in observing these special days, our opening hours may be adjusted.
