Ultra Fit began with humble roots in Derby in 2022 as the first ladies-only gym, complete with sauna facilities. Lockdown highlighted the importance of prioritising health and well-being, emphasising the value of movement for everyone. With this in mind, we recognised a significant need for gyms dedicated to women, providing a private, secure, and non-judgmental environment where women from all backgrounds can feel safe. Our community welcomes women of all cultures and beliefs, creating a space to lift each other up, share laughter, and truly relax.
Ultra Fit, we are committed to ensuring women have a positive gym experience. With years of expertise, we understand how to assist you in achieving your goals, whether that's improving mobility, losing weight, shedding fat, or building strength and skills. Our aim is to make your fitness journey enjoyable and tailored to your individual preferences.
